Golf is a perfect way to drop into mindfulness and enjoy some time outdoors, away from screen time. For those who balk at the “time it takes” to play a round of golf — who said you need to play 18 holes? Try hitting balls on the range, spend 30 minutes on the putting green, or even a 4-hole round in 60 min. All will build your capacity for mindfulness.
