Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR) based on the framework developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. 

  Flexible MBSR Program

Flexible MBSR consists of 4 one-hour individual sessions over 8-12 weeks.  An alternative to group mindfulness training, includes 5 CDs, text and manual.

NEW!! Gift certificates for Group MBSR Program and Flexible (individual) MBSR Program.  Gift certificates never expire and are transferable.  Participants in group classes must be over 18, individual MBSR sessions are appropriate for adolescents or adults.
